Cortes Bay Community Dock

The Cortes Bay Community Dock is located on the east side of Cortes Island, just north of Twin Islands and near the entrance of Desolation Sound.

• 250 linear feet of deep-water moorage and a 50’ seaplane float
• 20 and 30 amp hydro connection 
• Porta-potty
• There is no garbage disposal available at this location.
• Located close to K’was Regional Park with trails connecting to Hague and Gunflint lakes and Linnaea Farm. 

The Cortes Bay community dock is one of the busiest docks on the Island and transient moorage spaces are often limited. If there is not space on the dock, anchorage in the bay is excellent and there is ample space available.  

There is significant sea-plane traffic in the bay during the summer months.  Please ensure moored vessels do not impeed their approach to the dock.
